My first Special Olympics scarf

Yesterday, I finished my first scarf for the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games Scarf Project:


I loathe the yarn but adore the project. The only good things I can say about the yarn is that weaving in the ends is easy because the yarn seems to grip itself, and that the colors do look good in contrast to each other.

I feel proud knowing that my scarf will adorn the neck of an amazing athlete. Hugs all around!
