Baldwinsville Memorial Day parade 2013

The Memorial Day parade in Baldwinsville always takes place on the traditional holiday date of May 30, so this year's parade was yesterday. James was able to leave work in time to get home before roads to our house were blocked, and we gathered with friends on the party porch to watch the parade.

I adore our Memorial Day parades. We have soldiers and veterans of all ages:

We waved to friends in the parade and to friends walking by, and despite the heat and humidity, had a very fun time.
