Swim like an Egyptian

Yesterday at swim lessons, the instructor held up a life jacket, holding it to frame her face. She asked if that was the correct way to wear a life jacket. The children said no, then Aidan said, "You look like the Sphinx!"

She paused, and said "The what?"

Aidan said, "The Sphinx! You know, in Egypt?"

I'm still not convinced that she knew what he meant!
