
Despite the deluge, James cooked three delicious burgers, which we enjoyed with baked beans and red potato salad.
After much trial and error, we have hit upon a hamburger recipe that makes our taste buds happy every time:
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Mix gently with hands, form into patties, then grill to taste. YUM!

We love the Montreal steak seasoning too. I'll have to try the Lea & Perrins next time - maybe this weekend.
